Personnel Source has upgraded our applicant tracking and payroll software. As part of this upgrade, we have launched a new client and employee portal we refer to as WebCenter. To use WebCenter you will need to register for a new account with us, previous user accounts for our client and employee portal will not work on this new site. Invitations to create an account have gone out to all active on assignment employees.
If you have not received an invitation to the new WebCenter please send us an email, please include your legal name and the name of the client employer you last worked for.
The new WebCenter website is more mobile friendly and reliable for our clients and employees. WebCenter will allow you to submit and approve timecards and view pay stubs. You will also be able to view your end of year tax forms electronically, if you elect to receive them electronically, or to update your mailing address to ensure proper delivery.
Our employees can also download the TempWorks smart phone app either for iOS Devices or Android. Once you have the app installed use the invitation code PersonnelSource, and you will be able to log in using your WebCenter username and password.
