Boost Your Confidence Before an Interview

To boost your confidence before an interview it is essential that you familiarize yourself with the position you are applying for. Another key, critical component for interview confidence is to be knowledgeable about the company, and people within the business, that you are interviewing with. Below is a free template to help guide you into a confident interview.

Pre-Interview Cheat Sheet

Copy and paste this cheat sheet into a Word document and add images, videos, and website links to use as a study guide.

  1. Review the company’s website and social media pages. Memorize a few key points in the “About Us" section of their website, if they have one.

    List 2-3 things you did not know about this company:

    Tip - To answer this you might need to network with a current employee. Send them a short, professional email. Reach out to understand what a typical day at work looks like and what it takes to do the job well.
