? Logging all tickets with complete and pertinent detail.
? Acting as the single point of communication for Clients and technicians for all ticketing/scheduling requests.
? Coordinating and working closely with all operating teams creating a better user experience.
? Answering phones and dispatch ticket queue.
? Able to identify potential problems or outages in a timely manner.
? Alerting management when necessary, for high visibility and critical issues.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Fielding inquiries/problems and providing updates to all users on progress and completion of requests.
? Providing a concierge/white glove level of service.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Shift Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
? Excellent Customer Service skills
? Prior Dispatching experience
? Knowledge of Managed IT Services or other IT Related fields
? Details Oriented
? Ability to Multi-task
? Problem Solve
? Record Keeping
? Knowledge of ConnectWise Manage preferred
Salary and Benefits:
? $16.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
