DescriptionPersonnel Source is looking for a Showroom Floor Assistant for our Eugene client!
If you have a passion for sales and customer service and want to join a team with over 40 years of experience in the flooring industry, this position may be just for you!
This position is full-time, temp to hire, candidate must be able to work Saturdays. $16/hr. Full benefits offered after waiting period.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and guests
- Learning about available products and services
- Assisting with answering inquiries
- Help customers make flooring choices and explain features and benefits of various types of flooring
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Compiling information for the Project Coordinators to conduct on site visits to continue the sales process from quote to installation
- Organizing and returning flooring samples to correct locations on the showroom floor
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Knowledge of floor coverings and flooring industry is helpful
Job RequirementsEducation Required: High School
Experience Required: At Least 1 Year
