Key job tasks include:
? Provide exceptional, high energy, and ethical client service
? Engage in retirement plan education with participants
o Explain investment options within the plan and provide investment guidance
o Educate participants on plan features and articulate retirement issues
? Conduct client participant enrollment and education meetings, generally onsite
? Plan participant assistance with rollover, distribution, loan, and other plan-related questions
o Maximize rollover retention and work directly with those private wealth clients
? Master employee retirement plan features and stay up to date on current legislative and regulatory issues impacting retirement plans (primarily ERISA)
? Manage vendor relationships
? Travel will be required

? Must be able to work independently
? Must be a team player
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Attention to detail (client follow up, accuracy in information provided to participants, and proactively reaching out to clients)
? Strong analytical skills and good decision-making ability in order to evaluate situations and react appropriately
? Effective problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to change
? Knowledge of retirement plans and investments preferred, but not required
? Positive and optimistic attitude
? Must be computer literate - must exhibit at least intermediate proficiency when working with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
? Must have time management skills and be goal, task-oriented.
? Quick to learn new software and preferably have social media marketing skills.
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in business or equivalent work experience in finance
? Obtain state registration (Series 65 license or equivalent state registration)
We are looking for self-starting and motivated candidates. Bilingual Spanish fluency is a plus.
Salary range $45k ? 65k, with bonus and profit-sharing abilities.
