Description

The position is HR Assistant and is predominantly office work. 



  • Filing will be a significant portion of their day 

  •  Filling apparel request orders, as needed

  •  Packet assembly

  •  Copying/Scanning 

  • Occasional computer work (experience with Excel, Word super important) 

  • Answering the phone in Emma’s absence, taking messages, making phone calls for the   department 

  • Scheduling – making appointments, scheduling interviews, etc. 

  • Laminating documents 

  • Creating labels and maintaining filing systems

  • As-needed office support 

  • Running errands as needed

Job Requirements

Education Required: High School
Experience Required: Entry Level

Pay Rate:

13.00 - 14.00

Schedule:

9AM TO 2PM M-W-F (FLEXIBLE)
Full+Time Hrs/Week
