Personnel Source is looking for a Part-time AP and Payroll Clerk/Admin Assistant for our Junction City client!

This position is part-time, 4 days a week between Monday-Friday with a flexible day off from 9:00am-2:30pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Accounts Payable - processing and paying AP on a timely basis and filing pain invoices.
  • Payroll - process timecards, prepare payroll, process payroll bi-monthly, file payroll taxes, journal entry, account reconciliation.
  • Distribute and manage employee benefit information, new employee documents.
  • Track employee safety training, organize safety meetings, monthly safety inspections.
  • Inventory tracking and prepare monthly reports.
  • Administrative Support - answering calls and emails, sort and distribute mail, other tasks assigned.

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required.
  • 5 years' experience in AP and Payroll.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills
