We have a part-time job opening for Receptionist/Administrative assistant in Salem. Come work for the leading transportation company on the West Coast.
We are looking for someone who has great customer service skills, who loves to help others, someone who has good computer and phone skills.

Working hours are 10am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the company, as well as there may be some weekend work required during our peak season. Currently, this is a temporary position lasting November through January, or maybe later. However, we are looking for a career minded individual who would like to learn and grow with our company, to possibly become an assistant dispatch associate. Basic duties for Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:
? Answer and route all incoming calls
? Make outbound calls to check on status of loads, deliveries, etc.
? Data-entry, enter notes into company system
? Assist other team members as needed
? Other duties as assigned
