DescriptionPersonnel Source is looking for a Part-time, temporary Accounting Admin and Marketing Assistant for our Eugene client.
This position will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm. This position will cover a maternity leave, but may transition to temp-to-hire.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Accounting - AR, AP, Reconciliation
* Invoicing clients
* Tracking project fees and costs
* Processing payroll
* Proof reading
* Writing and editing marketing materials
* Maintain and update website
* Maintain social media
* Answer calls
* Liaison for questions between clients and Project Manager
* Order office supplies
* 2-3 years mid level admin experience
* Accounting experience
* Marketing experience a plus
* Attention to detail
* Great customer service and communication skills

Experience Required: 3-5 Years
