Main Objective:
To meet income and expense goal of community.
Understand and implement Resident Manager?s Manual and Monthly Calendar.

Specific Skills:
?Basic computer skills
?At least one year of customer service experience
?Basic knowledge of Oregon Tenant/Landlord Laws - willing to train the right candidate
?Understanding Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws - willing to train the right candidate

Typical duties, but not limited to:
?Walk grounds daily
?Document pertinent events, notes, communications in day log
?Inspect vacant apartments-freshen daily
?Market and lease apartments
?Follow up on Guest Cards and all marketing leads
?Write up work orders for maintenance requests
?Process applications for prospective residents
?Document any resident correspondance and follow up with manager
?Accept payments and store them in office
?Clean common areas
?Test and monitor pool levels
?Be available to cover vacation and/or absence in office
?Post Craigslist ads
?Unit to unit inspections
?Check in with supervisor and provide weekend update
?Update time sheet and provide to manager twice monthly
?Market Survey of nearby properties
?Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
?Maintain communication with the maintenance staff regarding work orders, turns, and general maintenance issues.
?Maintain professional communication in person, on the phone, and in emails at all times

Must be available M-F, between 8:30am-5:30pm. Hours will start out part time during training, them move into fulltime with in a few weeks.

Experience Required: At Least 1 Year
