As the Lead Generation Manager you will be responsible for developing our lead generation platforms through strategy, objectives, company goals, and performance metrics. This candidate must have strong communication skills, and ability to work side by side w/ management. Also, must be able to read, create, and understand detailed reports via our company platform and Microsoft excel.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
*Manage day to day activities and lead planning w/ Company management
*Track and report on daily/Weekly/Monthly lead generation metrics
*Develop Lead strategies, objectives, and goals
*Maintain lead generating campaigns, programs, tactics, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness
*Identify growth opportunities
*Collaborate w/ marketing manager for automated best practices to attract and guide qualified leads through sales process
*Collaborate w/ sales team to gather feedback and insights
*Ability to meet company goals and deadlines
Job Requirements:
*Age 21 or older
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Experience in an office type setting
*Must understand Microsoft platforms: Excel and word
*Management Experience or related field
*Neat/Clean Appearance and Habits
