DescriptionHere is the Client's list of expectations for this seasonal office position:
? We want someone that would be stationed in the main office at the front desk (reception) that can answer the phones and route the calls accordingly. They would be responsible for taking care of daily mail, routing it to where it belongs and handling any outgoing mail. Assist the Sales team with our CRM program (Salesforce) data entry or data cleanup, sending out shipment tracking to customers once orders ship, etc. Some spreadsheet work and tasks we have been wanting to do with leads, lists from trade shows etc. that this person could organize, data entry, etc.
? Good computer skills in Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook are desired. We can teach them Teams and our CRM program, Salesforce. If someone has experience in that program, that is great, but we don?t expect to find it and if they are good with the other programs, I am sure they can learn Salesforce as it is pretty user friendly.
