DescriptionPersonnel Source is looking for a Customer Service Rep for our Coburg client!
**This position is TEMPORARY through June to assist during our client's busy season!**
*The position does have potential to be temp-to-hire for a candidate that proves their abilities*
The pay rate for this position is $13/hr. + DOE.
Ideal candidates have experience in retail and reception.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Assisting the customer's needs
-Placing orders on "Order Entry" program
-Checking on orders already in our system and providing information to the customer
-Looking up past orders and providing information to the customer
-Checking inventory for customers or potential orders
-Understanding various pricing levels
-Understanding customers "relationships" with us by length of time, sales, payment history
-Returning phone messages
-Receiving and processing orders via email
-Answering various questions or inquiries sent through email
-Processing blank orders received through faxes
-Making customer "call backs" when any questions over order being placed come up
-Excellent communication skills
-Good computer, typing and alphanumeric data entry skills are essential.
-Some demonstrated experience in customer service or customer interaction
-High School Diploma or equivalent
