Personnel Source is looking for a Credit Administrator for our Eugene client!

This position is full-time, temp-to-hire, $17-24/hr. DOE

Applicant will provide support to the Corporate Finance Manager, the Credit and Collections Department, Operating Companies Corporate Management, General Manager, Finance Managers as well as all branch departments. Applicant will be responsible for credit, collection and maintenance of all customer accounts as assigned. This position is fast paced and a high volume work environment.

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
? Collection and Maintenance of all assigned accounts receivable accounts.
? Reviewing customer credit limits.
? Approve and release orders above customer?s credit limit or hold orders, if appropriate, and process timely and efficiently.
? Work closely with Management at all levels and members in all departments and locations.
? Provide excellent Customer Service to all customers internally and externally.
? Communicating and working closely with customers via phone, fax, e-mail, and letters to resolve open receivables, reconciliation and maintenance of customer accounts, including sales tax reconciliation and short payments.
? Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:
? Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate telephone etiquette and professionalism required.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
? Seasonal hours required.
