The bookkeeper, under direct supervision of the Finance Director, is generally responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Higher Education course work in accounting preferred.
3+ year experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Proven knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Experience in entering data into complex database systems.
Ability to pay attention to details and perform with a high degree of accuracy.
Exhibit proficient knowledge of computer skills including, Microsoft Office, Google products and QuickBooks.
Exhibit discipline for personal time management and record keeping.
This position will be working on site and will start off at approximately 20 hours per week with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours.
