Local employer seeking a multi-tasker who is customer service oriented to perform/supervise facility maintenance and clerical duties. Must be computer literate with Word/Excel or property management software knowledge to prepare sales reports, answer phones, assist customers with rental agreements, light sales, invoicing and maintaining accurate records. This position requires the ability to work in and outdoors as needed and will be 40 hours per week Friday-Tuesday. Ideal applicant will have property management experience, leadership or supervisory experience, working knowledge of administrative and hand/power tools, excellent customer service skills, time management and a strong work ethic.
