Personnel Source is a leading staffing firm serving the Inland Northwest since 1975. We specialize in contingent-to-hire and direct hire placements across Spokane, North Idaho and Montana. We are currently seeking a driven and professional Administrative Coordinator to join our internal Personnel Source Spokane team. The model candidate will have the ability to perform supportive clerical and recruiting duties.

Requirements of the Administrative Coordinator
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
  • 45 WPM keying ability
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational abilities
  • Strong computer and office skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have efficient time-management skills
  • All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a nationwide criminal background check.

    Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator
  • Phone system management up to eight lines
  • Candidate interaction
  • Drug screen administration
  • Criminal background processing
  • DHS E-Verify
  • File and account maintenance
  • Appointment and interview scheduling
  • Management of social media platforms

    Wages: $15.00- $18.00 DOE
