Seeking an Administrative/Client Coordinator Professional for a garage door company in the Spokane, WA area. This candidate must be skilled in working in a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment, possess a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience and must hold a high level of mathematical aptitude.
If you thrive in a position where you are the point of contact and are able to exercise good customer service skills with staff and clients, then this may be a great job opportunity for you!
Will be able to?
- Learn to be the subject matter expert in all things related to garage type doors/motors/remotes?etc.
- Act as the point of contact and provide accurate estimate quotes for new clients.
Will be interested in?
- Handling in-person and phone conversations
- Managing all administrative tasks utilizing QuickBooks, Excel and Smart Sheets.
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 DOE
Shift: 7:30am-4pm Mon-Fri
