Description

This position is responsible for all administrative duties needed in the office, including: filing, answering phones, and talking to walk-ins also responsible for all accounts receivable duties: preparing invoices, issuing credits, accepting and recording payments, contacting past due customers, tracking contracts, and maintaining physical files and other general office duties as needed. Although this position reports to the Controller office duties could be for any department.
Will be responsible to assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
