Private commercial & residential real estate, management, and development company is looking for an experienced full-charge accounting person to manage the complex accounting needs of multiple retail and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on self-starter able to work independently. Must have a very high level of proficiency in Quick Books Desktop and Excel. Five years of full charge bookkeeping required. Must also be able to handle a large volume of work pertaining to multiple companies, and possess excellent communication skills.

Desired Knowledge: Accounts receivable and invoicing, accounts payable, construction accounting, financial statements, payroll, assembling tax documentation for CPA, as well as miscellaneous other related functions.

The ideal candidate for this position is one that is resourceful and dependable who thrives on challenges and is willing to take on new tasks. Must be able to multi-task and always meet deadlines
