DescriptionPersonnel Source is looking for an Account Support Specialist for a local financial institution.
This position is entry-level, full-time, Monday ? Friday 8am-5pm. Temp-to-hire!
The pay rate for this position is $12-15/hr. DOE.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Performs transfers, processes payments and payoff ensuring funds are applied to the correct accounts.
- Daily account reviews to ensure loans and transactions are posted correctly. As well as following up on loan services as needed by ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Researching and compiling reports given by the Account Manager.
- Answering phones and greeting guests.
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assisting with billing and invoice questions, credit ratings, tax break-downs and pay offs.
- Maintaining all files, copying, scanning and faxing as needed.
- Data entry.
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties and to handle confidential information with discretion.
