Can I print a time card from your website?
Yes! Weekly and biweekly time cards are available in Excel or PDF format. Semi-Month/Monthly time cards are also available in Excel and PDF format. Be sure to drop off, fax or mail your time card with your supervisor’s signature by Tuesday of every week. Don’t forget that we can’t pay you without your time card!
Can I get my check deposited directly into my bank account?

Does Personnel Source provide insurance to temporary employees?
Due to upcoming changes in the Health Care laws Personnel Source is in the process of phasing out our Limited Benefits Insurance Plan. We have chosen to phase out this plan as it does not cover “comprehensive” care as required by the Affordable Care Act that goes into effect on January 1st 2014.
Have you been temporarily laid off?
If so then you may need to make a missed premium payment to SRC to ensure that you do not have a coverage gap in your health insurance.
Personnel Source can only withhold insurance premiums for the weeks in which you receive a paycheck. For any week that you do not work or that you do not receive a check your insurance will show that you have a coverage gap and no claims will be paid for by SRC unless you make a missed premium payment to them.
If you believe that you may have a coverage gap you have 45 days from the beginning of that gap to make a missed premium payment to SRC. Personnel Source is not able to except a missed premium payment nor are we able to take a double deduction to cover for missed weeks.
To make a missed premium payments please use a Missed Premium Payment Coupon available in your insurance packet, if you do not have one you can request one from Personnel Source. You can also contact SRC’s Missed Premium and COBRA payment department at 1-888-772-9682.
How do I get my year end tax (W-2) form?
Year end tax forms are available staring about the last week of January following the tax year in which you worked. Those forms are mailed to the last known address you have in our system. It is important to let us know about an address change to ensure timely delivery of your form. We also provide forms on-line from the latter half of January through June. The online system will allow you to download and print your form.
