Overall Responsibility:

  • Perform tasks related to maintaining and continually improving the Quality Management System. Assist with enforcing the Quality Policy and Objectives designated by the Company.
  • Promote a positive culture that encompasses trust, respect and accountability through training, support and encouragement.
  • Adhere to all company policies including safety requirements.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

  • Inspect materials and products daily to ensure quality criteria is met.
  • Audit processes daily to ensure effectiveness.
  • Respond to quality issues discovered and/or brought to QA attention.
  • Perform corrective/preventive actions.
  • Review scrap and troubleshoot nonconforming conditions.
  • Interface with Employees from all departments in a positive manner promoting a team building environment.
  • Create and sustain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Offer suggestions for improvement.

Secondary Areas of Responsibility:

  • Perform first article inspections.
  • Perform impact testing.
  • Assist with collecting, managing and reporting of information related to warranty claims and RMA’s.
  • Perform duties assigned from Green Team activities as required including collection/submission of stormwater data samples.
  • Create and sustain a safe work environment.
  • Complete assigned projects.

This is a short term assignment to include a 6am to 4:30pm shift Monday thru Thursday.

  • Production Employees
  • Customer Service


  • Good understanding of the Quality Management System including the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and related processes.
  • Ability to read and write proficiently.
  • Must be capable of reading prints.
  • Able to perform measurement and analysis of product
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers and scales.
  • Possess adequate computer skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to enforce quality policies in a tactful way.
