One of Southern Oregon's premier wealth management firms is looking for a team member with a passion for developing financial plans for individuals. Candidates must be comfortable servicing smaller clients by themselves and be equally comfortable delivering plans alongside another team member for larger relationships.  The role is primarily financial planning and client relationship management, however, everyone at the firm has an expectation of business development. The firm is willing to invest into additional financial planning tools to match the skillset of the ideal candidate, although we currently provide a robust offering to those clients we serve.

Licensing is required. Limited travel will be required of this position. We offer attractive salaries, discretionary 401k profit share, employee continuing education support, health benefits, and flexible work hours.
