  • Previous experience with multiline phone, type 45+ word per minute min, and the ability to multi-task. Candidate will be given hands on training in all aspects of the job.
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of proper phone etiquette
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Cashiering / money-handling skills
  • Knowledge of the Rogue Valley (for dispatching duties)
  • Navigate the internet using a PC to locate parts and problem solving customer issues
  • Answer multi-line phones and interact with customers on the phone and in person
  • Handle cashiering duties; process cash, check, debit and credit payments
  • Dispatch delivery vehicles to various sites around the Rogue Valley
  • Resolve customer problems
