Customer Service + Dispatch
Location:Central Point, OR
- Previous experience with multiline phone, type 45+ word per minute min, and the ability to multi-task. Candidate will be given hands on training in all aspects of the job.
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of proper phone etiquette
- Problem-solving skills
- Cashiering / money-handling skills
- Knowledge of the Rogue Valley (for dispatching duties)
- Navigate the internet using a PC to locate parts and problem solving customer issues
- Answer multi-line phones and interact with customers on the phone and in person
- Handle cashiering duties; process cash, check, debit and credit payments
- Dispatch delivery vehicles to various sites around the Rogue Valley
- Resolve customer problems
