Scope of work:

This training position will implement programs for energy efficiency hat include but are not limited to utility services, high bill resolution, renewable project development, energy and utility auditing.

Because almost all energy efficiency programs in Oregon are offered through Energy Trust of Oregon, this position will develop a high familiarity with Energy Trust programs and coordinate with Energy Trust and personnel who administer the programs. Maintains positive relationships with all clients and representatives. Must be willing to travel multiple days.

Education and experience: Associates degree in a related field plus similar on-the-job experience in construction, wiring or utility services.
Reports to the President or manager

Demonstrated ability in public speaking with excellent interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

Organization: Demonstrated organizational skills. Is accurate in reporting. Maintains neat and accurate files.
Mathematical: Conducts audits and has excellent math skills. Excellent knowledge of algebra, trigonometry and geometric functions is desirable.

Verbal: Excellent communication skills including public speaking.

Computer: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.

Professional: Represents the company in a professional manner.

Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license.

Physical: Must be physically able to audit commercial and industrial customer facilities including negotiating ladders, industrial walkways and roof tops. Must be able to lift fifty pounds (50).
